PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
  • Thermaglo Plus is a clear, non-yellowing, high-gloss sealer and finish designed to enrich and enhance the natural tones of a wide variety of floors.
  • Functions as a one-step sealing finish or topcoat, simplifying maintenance across complex environments.

  • Creates an easy-to-use “wet-look” gloss that burnsishes from 250 rpm to 2000 rpm.
  • Compatible with nearly all flooring types—including vinyl, terrazzo, and timber—without requiring a separate base sealer on most surfaces.

  • Simplifies maintenance programs in sectors like healthcare, education, and retail by requiring fewer products.
APPLICATION & DIRECTIONS
  • Preparation: Strip existing coatings using a compatible stripper (e.g., Xpoly8 or Zip Strip), then rinse thoroughly and dry.
  • Application: Apply 4–6 coats on prepared surfaces, or use 2 coats of base seal plus 2–4 coats of Thermaglo Plus for added depth.
  • Allow ~30 minutes dry time between coats; burnish for enhanced gloss.
  • Maintenance: Dust mop daily; clean using a neutral detergent like Tempo HD or Citron; use Glokleen for regular gloss upkeep.
SPECIFICATIONS & PACKAGING
  • Water-based, acrylic sealer—clear, non-yellowing, ready to use, with D1 slip-resistance rating (AS4586:2013).
  • Typically available in 5 L containers; may also be supplied in other professional-sized formats depending on distributor.
