  • Peerless TK70 Metal Spray Cleaner Powder is a heavy-duty powdered detergent formulated for cleaning both ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts, machinery, and workshop equipment.
  • Designed for use in industrial spray/parts-washing machines, but also suitable for manual cleaning of floors, equipment and heavily soiled surfaces.
  • The free-flowing powder dissolves in water to create an alkaline cleaning solution capable of cutting through grease, oil, grime, machining residue and metal working soils.

  • Floors, work bays, parts-washing stations, and surfaces in maintenance or manufacturing workshops subject to heavy grease, oil, or metal-working residues.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
  • For general parts cleaning: dissolve at ~0.4% (4?g per litre of water) and spray or submerge parts to remove grease, grime or residue.
  • For heavily soiled or heavily contaminated parts: increase concentration to ~1.0% (10?g per litre of water) before washing.
  • Can be used in hot or cold water, depending on soil type and cleaning requirements.
  • After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry parts or surfaces properly to prevent corrosion or residue build-up.
  • When handling powder or concentrated solution, wear appropriate protective gear (gloves, eye/face protection, respirator if dust is present), ensure good ventilation, and avoid inhaling dust or spray mist. Proper storage and handling as per industrial safety guidelines are required.
