Full face door is 22 gauge type 304 stainless steel alloy 18-8 and is attached to the cabinet at side with a concealed full-length 9/64" diameter ((Ø3.5) heavy duty stainless steel multi-staked piano hinger. Held closed with a flush rimless tumbler lock. It has an international graphic symbol for waste on face.
Cabinet, trim and push door shall be 22 gauge stainless steel with no exposed fastening devices or spot-welded seams. Push door shall be held closed and be hung on a full width concealed 1/8" diamater (Ø3) stainless steel multi-staked spring piano hinge.
Face Trim shall be 1-1/16" (27) wide formed from one piece with no miters, welding or open seams and have 1/8" (3) radiused return to wall.
All exposed surfaces have a satin finish and protected with PVC fim during shipment.
INSTALLATION:
- Mount unit in wall recess with № 10 self-tapping screws (by others) through concealed mounting holes provided.
- For mounting height standards refer to current Building Code of Australia for able bodied and/or disabled use.
- Rough Wall Opening (RWO) required is 289mm x 244mm x 102mm.
