Dear Customer,

Thank you for placing an order with Cleaners Supermarket. 

Money will be debited from your card when we process the order, its not real time.

The order will say $0 for freight at this point. Delivery charges will be added to your invoice when processing. Due to the nature of our goods, it is impossible to offer freight fees upfront. We pack,  measure then process.

If you selected “I agree with freight charges,“ we will only contact you if the charges are extreme. This is mainly due to remote locations.

If you have selected ”contact me with freight charges,” we will either call you or email you for your approval.

If your goods are out of stock, these will be ordered in and no delay advice can be offered, as we cannot contact everyone in this situation. 

Our company has built its success on a quick delivery process. Although these times in business are challenging, we still expect to dispatch your goods very timely.

How it works

You send your order

The order form we reply to you with is NOT a tax invoice. There will be an order number, so please quote this number if you need to contact us.

 

We receive your order

Freight charges are added to your order at our end and we will process this payment together with your internet order.  If you have agreed to us adding freight we will process and get your order out as quick as possible.If you have asked us to advise you if over $18 , we will email  an order form with your goods and the applicable freight charges. We will require a return email from you either agreeing or cancelling the order. This email will come to you , so please check your junk email folder for a PDF attachment. We may even telephone you to ask.

Order is processed

We will try our best for your order to be dispatched the same or next day of receiving the order as long as these are available.
