Application
Pots and Pans
- Machine use:
POTWASH is designed to be dispensed by the Agar Detergent Dispenser Unit which meters the wash water at all times. Correct adjustment of the Dispenser ensures trouble-free operation and excellent results with pots and pans coming out spotless, sanitised and sparkling.
Soak Tank Cleaning:
To clean trays, filters or utensils by the soak-tank method, begin with a solution of 1 part POTWASH per 100 parts of water. This concentration should be varied up or down by trial and error to find the most economical concentration that does the job successfully. Soak-times will vary depending on both temperature and the thickness of the film of fat or baked-on food residues.
