Where to Use: For the cleaning of grills, ovens, range hoods, filters, bakery racks and baking equipment in commercial kitchens, restaurants, fast food outlets and food manufacturing plants.
How to Use:
- Read and understand the Material Safely Data Sheet (MSDS) before use.
- Wear gloves, eye and face protection.
Oven Cleaning:
Heat the oven to 70°C and switch off the main switch.
Use undiluted for all grill and oven surfaces.
Apply with a spray bottle or brush.
Allow to penetrate for 30 minutes and then wipe down with a wet cloth or sponge.
Rinse well with water.
Scouring action may be needed to remove stubborn deposits.
Filter Cleaning:
Dilute 50ml/litre of water (1:20)
Remove filters from canopy and allow to soak in hot solution.
Remove and rinse well with clear water.
Tips
DO NOT use on electrical components, paintwork, aluminium or vinyl tiles.
Keep container closed for maximum performance.
