What is Flexibility ? This is so the user can have multiple fringes soaking in premixed floor cleaning solution. Simply remove off the Velcro when dirty and change to fresh fringe. Or you can use a book wringer over 2 buckets. One with dirty water one with clean water. For this method the mop frame must collapse in the middle, allowing the fringe to drop down into the buckets. First wash the bulk of the dirt off in the "Dirty water bucket" then rinse in the clean side. Place mop in the book wringer and press handle down with your hand. Ready to carry on mopping.
