Aero Attack formerly Alpha All Pro Plus 100% Carbon Fibre Poles are super strong and light unidirectional carbon fibre pole. Heavy duty, wear and tear pole for residential and commercial work. Top clamp for connecting a male stem angle adapter or gooseneck. Great every day option for water fed work up to 6 storeys. Available in a compact 6m and a standard length 7m. Extensions to build your pole from 7m to 10m, 10m to 13m, 13m to 16m and 16m to 19m.

It is designed for regular operators working below 35’ to occasional work to 53’. Alpha All Pro Plus 100% Carbon Fibre Poles are one of the most versatile, strongest and rigid range of hybrid poles on the market. Manufactured with the very best handmade carbon fibre tubular sections. Tough moulded outer skin to protect your pole from the daily knocks and scrapes. Lateral contour clamps made of DuPont nylon with 40% larger clamping area, one finger open/close. All pole sections have electrical surface insulation*. Pole diameters are made remarkably narrow. The pole sits comfortably in the hand so your arms, shoulders and neck remain relaxed for maximum continuous work output, minimising repetitive strain injuries. Versatile end clamp, able to fit a range of goosenecks and threaded ends.

Pole Strength & Weight

How is it some poles are almost twice the weight for the same length?

Composite manufacturing materials and methods are developing fast. Alpha range of poles are made from unidirectional carbon fibre, like a tree branch with fibres running continuously from one end to the other, providing maximum strength to weight ratio, and supreme rigidity and strength. The poles are pre-impregnated with resin, wound 7 - 10 times round a mandrel. Resin is set which bonds the carbon filaments together. The carbon fibre has the precise amount of resin applied for maximum strength and minimal weight. This method is perfectly suited for the multi-directional dynamic loads applied as a WFP.

Earlier tube manufacturing methods were by extrusion with resins and fibre reenforcement .This method is generally best suited for a rigid structure in static applications where weight is not a critical factor and loads are defined in tension and compression only. High quality machined super fine carbon fibre finish allows close tolerances and very smooth operation.
