All Purpose Joint Cement is a ready to apply vinyl formulation for embedding drywall tape reinforcement, fasteners, metal corner beads and drywall trims over wallboard. Also for filling, levelling and finishing as well as skim coating entire wallboard surfaces (TOP COAT).
